1. Data Protection at a Glance

General Information

The following notes provide a simple overview of what happens to your personal data when you visit this website. Personal data is any data that can be used to identify you personally.

Data Collection on This Website

Who is responsible for data collection on this website?
Data processing on this website is carried out by the website operator. Their contact details can be found in the legal notice for this website.

How do we collect your data?
Some data is collected when you provide it to us — for example, information you enter in the contact form. Other data is collected automatically by our IT systems when you visit the website, in particular technical data (e.g. browser type, operating system used, time of access). This data is collected automatically as soon as you enter this website.

What do we use your data for?
Some of the data is collected to ensure the website is provided without errors. Other data, particularly from the contact form, is used to process your inquiry.

What rights do you have regarding your data?
You have the right, at any time, to receive information free of charge about the origin, recipient, and purpose of your stored personal data. You also have the right to request the correction, blocking, or deletion of this data. You can contact us at any time using the email address given in the legal notice for this and any further questions on data protection. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

2. Hosting

This website is hosted by an external service provider (hosting provider). The personal data collected on this website is stored on the hosting provider’s servers. This may include, in particular, IP addresses, contact requests, meta and communication data, website visits, and other data generated via a website.

The hosting provider is used solely for the purpose of fulfilling our contractual obligations towards our prospective and existing customers (Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR) and in the interest of a secure, fast, and efficient provision of our online offering (Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR). Where appropriate consent has been requested, processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR.

Our hosting provider:
ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich
Hauptstraße 68, D-02742 Friedersdorf, Germany
Phone: +49 35872 35310, Fax: +49 35872 35330

A data processing agreement (DPA) pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR has been, or will be, concluded with the hosting provider before the site goes live.

3. General Information and Mandatory Disclosures

Data Protection

We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with statutory data protection regulations (in particular the General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR) and this privacy policy.

Note on the Responsible Party

The party responsible for data processing on this website is:
Julia Amoako, operating under the business name „Jules Amoako – Unshakeable Co.“
Krohnstieg 45B, 22415 Hamburg
Email: info@unshakeable-digital.com

The responsible party is the natural or legal person who, alone or jointly with others, decides on the purposes and means of processing personal data.

Storage Duration

Unless a more specific storage period is stated within this privacy policy, your personal data will remain with us until the purpose for data processing no longer applies. If you assert a legitimate request for deletion or revoke your consent to data processing, your data will be deleted unless we have other legally permissible reasons for storing it — such as retention periods required under tax or commercial law.

Right to Object (Art. 21 GDPR)

You have the right to object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, at any time to the processing of personal data concerning you. To exercise your right to object, an informal message to the email address given in the legal notice is sufficient.

Right to Complain to the Competent Supervisory Authority

In the event of violations of the GDPR, data subjects have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the member state of their habitual residence, place of work, or the place of the alleged violation.

Right to Data Portability

You have the right to have data that we process automatically on the basis of your consent or in fulfilment of a contract handed over to you or to a third party in a common, machine–readable format.

Access, Rectification, and Erasure

Within the scope of applicable statutory provisions, you have the right at any time to free information about your stored personal data, its origin and recipients, and the purpose of data processing, and, if applicable, a right to have this data corrected or deleted.

Right to Restriction of Processing

You have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data, for example if you dispute the accuracy of the stored data or if the processing is unlawful.

SSL/TLS Encryption

For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, this site uses SSL/TLS encryption once it is live under its own domain. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the fact that the browser’s address bar changes from „http://“ to „https://“.

4. Data Collection on This Website

Contact Form

If you send us inquiries via the contact form, the information you provide in the inquiry form — including the contact details you provide there — will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in case of follow–up questions. We do not share this data without your consent.

The processing of data entered into the contact form is therefore based on your consent (Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR) or on the performance of pre–contractual measures (Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR), provided your inquiry relates to the initiation of a contract. Data entered into the contact form remains with us until you ask us to delete it, you revoke your consent, or the purpose for storing the data no longer applies.

For the technical delivery of form submissions we use the service Formspree (Formspree, Inc., San Francisco, USA). Data you enter into the contact form is transmitted to and processed on Formspree's servers in the USA before being forwarded to us by email. Formspree states that it processes data on the basis of EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 GDPR). For more information, see Formspree's privacy policy: formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.

Map Excerpt (OpenStreetMap)

The map excerpt shown on the contact page is a static image based on map data from OpenStreetMap contributors and is served directly from our own server as an image file. It is not a live embedded map — no data is transmitted to OpenStreetMap or third parties by viewing this page. The „Open in Google Maps“ link takes you to Google Maps at your own request; Google’s privacy policy applies there.

Cookies

This website currently does not use cookies for analytics or marketing purposes and does not integrate any external tracking or analytics services.

5. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We will update this privacy policy as soon as data processing on this website changes — for example, when the contact form is connected to a sending service or a hosting provider is selected. The version in effect at the time of your visit applies.
